A full refund will be provided to the customer if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the date of the rental reservation.

For online reservations, payments are processed immediately during your checkout process.

For in store purchases or rentals, any transaction handled at the register will be immediately processed. Any in store purchase must be handled with a debit or credit card.

For gear pick-up, rental equipment can be retrieved any time the day of your reservation OR after 3:00 PM MT the day prior to your reservation.

For equipment return, you can return your equipment the day of your reservation before 6:00 PM MT OR before 9:00 AM the following morning. If you would like for us to come to you for your equipment return, please book 48 hours in advance. Check out our Transportation & Gear Pick-Up page for more information. 

In any case where the equipment is not returned by 9:00 AM the day following the end of the rental period, the customer will be charged for the extra duration.

An optional damage waiver is available to the customer at check out for both online and in store equipment rentals. The damage waiver is an additional $5/day and covers any repairable damages that may occur while skiing (excessive scraping of the base, a gouge that leaves the core of the ski exposed, edge damage). The damage waiver DOES NOT cover any damage due to negligence, theft, or loss of equipment.

A credit card swipe is required at checkout to be held on file. No charges will occur on the card unless there are any irreparable damages or equipment loss.
